A Connecticut-based entrepreneur has launched a unique product that will literally help a person read others like a book or, more accurately, like a deck of cards: Face Reading Character Cards that describe what our facial features reveal about our character and personality.

The Language of Faces Basic Kit includes a deck of Character Cards plus DVDs and CDs about facial analysis.

Research studies indicate that each person’s facial features provide telling clues about character and attitude. For instance, the shape and size of a person’s nose, lips, eyes and ears can all reveal important personality traits.

The Basic Kit highlights faces and features, and describe the meaning behind each one in an engaging, easy-to-understand way. Character Cards resemble a regular deck of playing cards, but are larger, thicker and printed in full gorgeous color.

“If a person’s nose is 'big' or 'small', or their eyes are a certain color and their lips a certain thickness, it tells us a lot about their personality,” said Kristina Powell, developer of “Character Cards” and the Kit.

“There is so much we can learn about a person by looking at the face. Face reading is a fascinating art and science. And its knowledge is based on exhaustive and factual research that’s hard to dispute after four or five thousand years of use.”

Each deck of Character Cards comes in a sturdy box, which makes them easy to carry around and scan through. “You don’t need a table or much space, at most a lap is convenient,” said Kristina. “One great way to learn them is to study while riding the bus, sitting in a library or cafe, or otherwise spending time in public. That way you can look around and read people’s faces. Of courses, practicing with friends and family will really help the student anchor the meanings.” 
 
Eventually five Character Card decks will be produced, with about 50 cards in each deck. Each card focuses on a specific type of face or facial feature and explains what it says about the person’s thinking style, abilities and communication style. According to Kristina, “Some people memorize these traits like the multiplication table and secretly ‘read’ everyone they meet”.

“When figuring people out, face reading works beautifully with its compliment, handwriting analysis,” said Powell, who also operates the web site www.AnalyzeMyFace.info. AMF is devoted to personality profiling with face reading and handwriting analysis. “They’re both effective tools that give a person a tremendous advantage as they negotiate relationships and life,” said Powell.
